Holding booth spots

Since we have many people selling exhibit space in our shows, we will NEVER hold a booth without an Exhibitor Registration Agreement. 

As soon as you say "OK, I will hold the booth for you", then their motivation to send in a registrations drops substantially. Say this instead: "I can only hold a booth with an actual online registration or a faxed registration. 

If you want that spot, then please fax it into me ASAP." We only hold a booth when the registration is rec'd. If there is no registration, then we cannot assign that booth to anyone.
